Catering Deposit Policy
If agreement is signed more than six (6) months prior to the date of the event, a 30% deposit is required with the signed agreement. A second payment in the amount of 45% of the estimated invoice is due six months prior to the event. The balance of the total invoice is due as further described below in the Terms & Conditions.
If agreement is signed less than six (6) months prior to the date of the event, a 75% deposit of the estimated invoice is required with the signed agreement. The balance of the total invoice is due as listed above and on the Terms & Conditions.
